13-LAYER ROSE FLOWER HEAD 20TJ037M

The 13-Layer Rose Flower Head (Item No. 20TJ037M) is a 12 cm diameter artificial rose constructed in pongee fabric, built to 13 petal layers for a full, realistic bloom. It is produced as a standalone flower head for wholesale buyers who assemble it into stems, bouquets, or decorative arrangements for retail and event channels.

Product Highlights

• 13 individual petal layers create a dense, natural-looking bloom profile that reads convincingly at close range.
• 12 cm flower diameter positions this head in the mid-size range, suitable for single-stem arrangements and mixed bouquets.
• Pongee fabric construction gives a soft, matte surface that resists the glossy look common in lower-grade silk roses.
• Supplied as a flower head (no stem attached), allowing buyers to attach wires, foam, or custom stems to match their own design specifications.
• Carton packing of 720 units per 130 × 46 × 40 cm box supports efficient container loading for importers.

Wholesale & Logistics

Each carton holds 720 flower heads (12 per inner pack) in a 130 × 46 × 40 cm box, a dimension that stacks cleanly in 20 ft and 40 ft containers with minimal void space. Yashen ships directly from its Yiwu production facility, cutting out intermediary handling. OEM and custom packaging—private-label cartons, branded inserts, retail-ready poly bags—can be arranged to match your brand or channel requirements. As a manufacturer trading since 2005, Yashen coordinates production schedules and export documentation in-house.

Applications

• Wedding and event floristry: single-stem or clustered arrangements where a full 13-layer bloom is needed without the maintenance of fresh cut roses.
• Hotel and restaurant lobby displays: long-life centerpieces and table arrangements that maintain appearance across months of continuous use.
• Retail home-decor and floral sections: stocked as a component head for bouquet-building or sold as a decorative accent in garden-center and big-box channels.
• Photography and set design: consistent, damage-resistant blooms for editorial shoots, studio backdrops, and film/TV prop styling.

Frequently Asked Questions About 13-LAYER ROSE FLOWER HEAD 20TJ037M

What is the exact diameter and petal-layer count of this rose head?

The bloom measures 12 cm in diameter and is built with 13 distinct petal layers. The head is supplied without a stem, so the finished height in your arrangement depends on the wire or stem you attach.

What material is the rose made from, and how should it be maintained?

The petals are cut from pongee fabric, a tightly woven cotton-blend that holds shape and resists creasing. For cleaning, a soft dry brush or low-pressure air is sufficient; avoid soaking, as prolonged water exposure can affect the fabric finish. Store in the original carton away from direct sunlight to preserve colour.

What does the packing configuration look like, and can it be customised?

Standard packing is 12 heads per inner pack, 720 heads per carton, with a carton dimension of 130 × 46 × 40 cm. Yashen can adjust inner-pack counts, add branded poly bags, or reconfigure carton sizes to fit your shelf or container plan—specify your requirements when requesting a quote.

What is the sample and lead-time process for a first wholesale order?

Yashen can dispatch a physical sample of Item No. 20TJ037M for evaluation before you commit to a full order. Production lead time and shipping schedule from Yiwu to your destination port depend on order volume and the shipping mode you select (sea, rail, or air); your sales contact will confirm specific timelines once quantity and packaging are confirmed.
