Frequently Asked Questions About Realistic Apple Stem – Lush Fruit Elegance YSS23687

What material are the apples made from, and how should I clean them?

The 5 fruit pieces are molded from high-density foam, giving a matte, slightly textured surface that mimics real apple skin. To clean, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth or a barely damp microfiber cloth; avoid soaking or using solvents, as prolonged moisture can affect the foam surface. Stored away from direct sunlight, the color and shape remain stable for extended display periods.

Can I request a different stem length or branch configuration for private label?

Yes. Yashen’s Yiwu production line can adjust stem length, branch count, and leaf placement to match your specification sheet. Because the base foam-molding process is the same, lead time for a modified stem is typically added to the standard production window. Send a reference image or dimension list with your inquiry and our team will confirm feasibility before tooling or sample production.

What is the minimum order quantity, and can I order a sample first?

Standard wholesale MOQ for YSS23687 is set per carton; contact our sales team for the exact unit count. A single pre-production sample of the exact stem can be shipped to your address before you commit to a full container order. Sample lead time is generally shorter than bulk production, and sample cost is credited against your first wholesale order.

How long does shipping from Yiwu to my country usually take?

Sea freight from Yiwu (loading at Ningbo or Shanghai port) typically takes 25–40 days to most European, North American, and Middle Eastern ports, depending on vessel schedule and transshipment. Air freight for urgent or sample orders is available and generally arrives within 5–10 business days. Our logistics team provides the Incoterms option (FOB, CIF, DDP) that best fits your receiving arrangement.
