Frequently Asked Questions About 22CM 12 Branches Epipremnum Aureum Artificial Leaves – YSL23

What material are the YSL23204 leaves made from, and how should they be cleaned?

The leaves are formed from rubberized fabric, which gives a soft, matte texture closer to a real leaf than standard PVC or silk. For routine cleaning, wipe the branches with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth; avoid soaking, as the fabric can retain moisture at the stem junctions. No special solvents or sprays are needed.

What is the exact packing configuration, and how many units fit in a standard 40 ft container?

Each inner carton holds 100 units; four inner cartons are grouped into one master carton measuring 101 × 68 × 37 cm, for a total of 400 units per master carton. The exact number of master cartons per 40 ft container depends on stacking configuration and any additional pallet or dunnage, so Yashen’s logistics team will confirm the final cubic-metre count when preparing your shipment.

Can the branch count, height, or leaf color be customized for our store’s display program?

Yes. Yashen produces to buyer specifications, and the YSL23204 platform can be adjusted in branch count, overall height, or leaf tint to match a retail brand’s visual standard. Because the base mold and rubberized-fabric process are already in place, small-batch color or dimension changes typically do not require a new tooling cycle. Contact Yashen with your target specs and target quantity to confirm feasibility and lead time.

What is the typical production and shipping timeline for a wholesale order placed from Yiwu?

For in-stock or standard-configuration orders, Yashen typically completes packing within 7–15 working days of order confirmation. Sea-freight transit to major East-Coast or West-Coast ports in North America or Europe generally runs 25–40 days depending on routing. Air or express options are available for sample or urgent replenishment orders; exact ETAs are confirmed at the quoting stage.
